Proportions look great!
I personally feel that they would have used their tails as a strut when rearing up like this, basically immobilizing it except for weak flops of the end. Not that it would matter much. Seeing a huge beast signaling "bugger off, I'm healthy" and any sensible carnosaur would likely listen.
